Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to spearhead our AI and machine learning projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, a deep understanding of AI algorithms, and a passion for driving technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and enhancement.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
- Optimize and scale machine learning solutions for performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project deployments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
